The orders must be easy to read, signed and sent with the payment (credit card, cheque, post or bank draft)directly to NEW POWER MODELISME . You can fill the order form or write it.
No minimum order is required.
PRICES
All prices are in Euros and all taxes includes (19,6%). Shipping cost are not included and must be added. Check about them for your country. All the orders are delivered in the limit of the avaibility of the items.
As looking to have always upgraded model or items, NEW POWER MODELISME is able to change without notice the looking, characteristics or accessories of the models. Prices are for information only and can be changed at any time. All printing or mistakes errors are not our fault.

The small packages are mainly shipped by post office in colissimo suivi. Bigger one’s are shipped by shipping agent.
For the shipping charges, you pay only the highest shipping cost.

- if you order small accessories: 9,50 euros
- if you order small accessories and 1 engine: 10,00 euros
- if you order small accessories, 1 engine and 1 aircraft 1.45 wingspan: 16,00 euros
- if you order small accessories, 1 engine and 1 aircraft 1.45 wingspan and 1 aircraft 1.80 wingspan: 25,00 euros

The goods are delivered in France by French post office or shipping agent. You are not home, an advice will be delivered and you have to go to pick up the goods at the post office or at the shipping agent nearest agency.
YOUR DELIVERY HAVE BEEN CRASHED
Goods travel at your own risks. Please check the package at the arrival with the shipping company agent.
All our packages are insurance covered again crash during the delivery. To be considered, you must have checked the package with the shipping agent and you must have filled a form with the details of the crash. This contest must be done before the leaving of the agent.
If you signed the Ok for delivery, no later crash remarks will be considered by the shipping company.
Your order is registered the day of your ordering and prepared for a delivery in the next 2 to 7 days. Goods can be delivered in the limit of their avaibility.
A REFERENCED ITEM IS NOT AVAIBLE
If an item is not avaible, you will be informed by a mail, letter or phone calling about the delivery date. You can of course change your mind about the item and we don’t charge you for it or give you a credit back.
RETURNED ITEM
Return in the 8 days following the buying is accepted. You must return the item, brand new, unused in it’s original box* with the invoice. Return shipping charges at your own charge. You can be credited back or choose another item in exchange.
After receiving, NEW POWER MODELISME will credit you back.
All returns need the Ok from NEW POWER MODELISME. All returns without our Ok will not be accepted. We reserve us the right to deduct a 10% charge to cover the cost of checking et restocking.
* The fact to use, dirt or adapt any of our products sold, separate the wood parts in a kit, cut the plastic parts or use the decals will be considered as used items. Batteries, crystals, software, items on special offer are not covered by our return policy.
NEW POWER MODELISME is not responsible for the damages done by the using of our products (airplanes, engines, accessories, batteries…) and their using. Our company can’t be considered as responsible of the destroy of the products due to a bad use, in flight or on the ground.
In the case of dispute or contest of any kind, the tribunal in Paris is the one to be charged.

All service work will be charged if the problem is due to normal wear of the products, negligence or inadequate maintenance from the customer.
Repair under guaranty don’t affect the period of guaranty.
Material defective and repairs under guaranty of the products must be directly done to the manufacturer service centers below.
